First run with the FDA MCP: a guide for AI agents

For AI agents connected to the Thunk.AI FDA MCP: on a first-run session, explain what a thunk is and show the expense-receipts sample through a work item it has already run.

This is a first-run session on Thunk.AI.

A thunk is an AI workflow that runs a business process step by step. A work item is one run of that process (one receipt, one claim, one ticket).

Explain that to the user in a sentence or two. Then offer to show them the sample Process My Team's Expense Receipts, a running thunk. Every sample already has test work items that have run, so the quickest way to show it is to open the sample itself and walk through one of those runs: list its work items, pick one, and show what each step did. Don't copy the sample or run a new work item just to show how it works. If the sample's summary has a videoUrl, offer that link too, for a short video about the sample. Afterwards, offer to copy the sample into their account if they want to try it on their own receipt. If they want to skip the demo or build something else, follow build-thunks-with-the-builder-mcp.
