Most account management in Thunk.AI is self-service. Open the menu under your account icon (top right of the website) and choose My account to open your settings.
The same menu also has My thunks (back to your list of thunks), Help center, Product updates, and Sign out.
What you'll find in your settings
Your settings page has a tab across the top for each area you can manage. Which tabs you see depends on your role.

Inside each tab, pick a section from the list on the left to see its details.
Account Settings
About you — describe yourself, your team, and your company. The more you share, the more helpful the AI agent can be when it plans and runs your thunks.
Privacy — choose Manage Cookie Preferences to control how cookies are used for analytics and error monitoring.
Organization — the organization you belong to, its owner, its admins, and its members. If your account is not in an organization yet, this section says so and tells you how to set one up.
Subscription — your organization's subscription and the limits that come with it.

Personal Resource Environment
This tab holds the resources that belong to you, rather than to your organization:
Connections — your personal connections to business applications such as Google Drive, Microsoft 365, and MCP servers. See Connections to Business Applications.
Credentials and Authorized Thunks — the OAuth credentials your connections sign in with, and the thunks you have allowed to act on your behalf. See Manage OAuth credentials and authorized thunks.
LLMs and Default LLMs — the AI models available to you, and which ones are used by default.
Your organization's environment tabs have the same Connections, LLMs, and Default LLMs sections. There you can view the connections but not change them; they are managed by your organization's administrators. See Configuring Environment Settings.
Org Admin (organization owners and admins)
If you own or administer an organization, you also see an Org Admin tab named after it. Its Users section is where you add and remove members and admins. Depending on how your organization is set up, the tab can also include shared AI model keys, model definitions, and environments. See Orgs, Roles, and Environments: Enterprise Administration Guide.

Account data export
Account deletion and associated data deletion
At any time, if you wish to delete your account and all related data, contact [email protected]. A member of our team will take the necessary actions and confirm when your account is deleted.
